Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX Code: PRU) has forged a reputation as one of the world's most successful gold explorers. Focused on under-explored gold belts in West Africa, we are on track to become a producer during 2011.

Our Central Ashanti Gold Project (formerly referred to as the Ayanfuri Gold Project) has reserves of 2.1 million ounces of gold, plus 1.2Moz Measured and Indicated gold resources and 2.7Moz Inferred gold resources. A further 0.57Moz of Indicated gold resources and 1.21Moz Inferred gold resources are held on our other West African projects (Grumesa and Tengrela).

We are on target to start production from the Central Ashanti Gold Project in the 3rd Quarter of 2011 and, if proven economic by the current feasibility study, the Company is targeting production at Tengrela, Ivory Coast, by end of 2012.

Vision

Our aim is to become a 400,000 ounce per annum gold producer from 2013.

We will continue to expand our gold resource through rapid exploration of existing tenements and acquisition of prospective new projects, while developing the Central Ashanti Gold Project as well as, potentially, the Tengrela Gold Project.

We plan to start mining from the CAGP in 2011, and aim to have two operating gold mines in West Africa in the next three years.
